Association Casa Naturaleza Betancuria

The Asociación Casa Naturaleza Betancuria is based and carries out activities mainly on the island of Fuerteventura, in the autonomous community of the Canary Islands, but also collaborates with other autonomous communities in Spain and Europe; we focus our activities on the promotion of music, arts and culture in general, as a link with nature and a tool for ecological awareness.

Our usual activity is to carry out concerts, performances, conferences, talks and workshops for different audiences on the island of Fuerteventura and different approaches: music, artistic expression, intangible heritage, in particular that of the rural environment, ecology, or the combination and interaction of several of these elements with each other.

We also organise events focused on the enjoyment and learning of jazz music and its fusion with local music, dance, exhibitions, the promotion of cultural tourism, awareness of nature, its diversity, its fragility and usefulness.
