ECOJAZZ II CYCLE of Music, Ecology and Environment of Fuerteventura
The island of Fuerteventura is getting ready to receive an event that fuses music and environmental music and environmental awareness. EcoJazz II: II Cycle of Music, Ecology and Environment of Fuerteventura’ will take place from 1 to 3 September in Las Playitas Resort, Tuineje.
Organised by Enrique Thompson Music and subsidised by the Cabildo de Fuerteventura, promises three days of activities and music, in an atmosphere of awareness for the protection of the environment. EcoJazz II is the continuation of last year’s successful event on environmental awareness, offering attendees the opportunity to learn about the importance of preserving natural resources and protecting the local ecosystem. There will be informative talks, designed to inspire positive change in behaviour towards the environment.
EcoJazz II will feature a diverse programme of live concerts fusing jazz with the message of sustainability. Attendees will be able to enjoy performances by leading local and international musicians. The concerts will start at 19:30 and promise to be a unique experience for all those present.
Enrique Thompson, organiser of the event, expresses his intention with EcoJazz II: ‘an opportunity to combine two passions: music and environmental protection. We believe that music has the power to inspire change, and through EcoJazz II, we hope to spread a message of awareness and responsibility to our beautiful earth”.
The EcoJazz II event would not be possible without the support of the Cabildo de Fuerteventura, which recognises the importance of cultural and educational events in Fuerteventura. Its subsidy reflects its commitment to sustainability and the promotion of environmental awareness.
Entry to the event will be free and open to all ages. All are invited to join in this exciting gathering of music, ecology and the environment at Las Playitas Resort from the 1st to the 3rd of September, starting at 19:30.
