Association “Casa Naturaleza Betancuria” Music, Art, Culture & Ecology and Enrique Thompson Music are proudly presenting a series of jazz concerts and workshops across the island that connect the diverse communities of Fuerteventura through the universal language of music.
THIS YEAR we are excited to feature collaborations and contributions from international musicians, as well as artists and producers who are backing the project!
Our Objectives:
To facilitate access to jazz music and related genres to populations in rural areas of the Canary Islands.
To promote learning and active participation in music, improvisation, composition and spontaneous creation.

To encourage cultural exchange and the development of the local music scene through collaboration with international musicians.
Contribute to the socio-cultural development of the region by promoting the understanding and appreciation of jazz music and its variants.
Raise awareness of sustainability, the richness of the rural world and the fragility of biodiversity.
Activities:
The Jazz Road is an event that brings culture and exceptional music to all corners of the island, without exception of place or audience.
This edition will feature concerts, workshops and educational activities throughout Fuerteventura, as well as special guests, Lionels Haas (piano – DE/FR) and Daryl Taylor (double bass – USA/DE) thanks to the collaboration of the European Union.
